2008 Bristol Baby Fair

The YWCA and La Leche League of Bristol are joining together to present the 2008 Baby to Family Expo: The Best for Your Baby, in conjunction with World Breastfeeding Week, on August 16, 2008. Our hope is that this event will assist families new to parenthood and to our area to become acquainted with the resources available to them. We are inviting more than 180 vendors, services and events, and from 10 am to 2 pm they will be sharing their information, selling goods, and conducting car seat checks, kid identifications, giveaways, drawings, a silent auction, offering food, and much more. Parents, Grandparents and Caregivers will find information on childbirth, breastfeeding, parenting, education, health, safety, faith, dance, recreation, photography, toys, financial planning, insurance, clothing and more. Please note that in the spirit of the World Breastfeeding Week celebration, no artificial infant feeding products or promotions will be accepted, (i.e., no infant formula products or materials).

PARTICIPATION OPTIONS FOR BABY FAIR

$100	Corporate Benefits: Table to display promotional materials and sell items; multi-media advertising of Baby Fair; incentive activity to motivate participants to stop at your table, opportunity to generate more goodwill, and make a valuable contribution to the YWCA and La Leche League. You decorate the table as you desire and we’ll be awarding a valuable prize for the best table as judged by attendees! Activities and giveaways at your table are encouraged too.
$25 min. value	Silent Auction Benefits: New product trial opportunity and a tax deductible in-kind contribution to YWCA and La Leche League with a merchandise donation. You do not have to have a table to contribute to the silent auction.
$10	Giveaway Bag Benefits: You provide your desired number of promotional materials, small items and/or coupons and we include them in no less than 100 canvas gift bags to be distributed: You provide the items you wish to insert plus $10; with silent auction merchandise donation, the product samples, coupons and promotional materials will be included in bags at no charge.
